Oxygen Therapy & OFA Level 1 for Divers

The Workers Compensation Board (WorkSafe BC) requires all dive team members to be certified in the safe handling and administration of oxygen to care for a patient.

This course certifies dive team members to meet that requirement. Topics include review of accident management protocols, oxygen therapy systems, calculation of oxygen supplies and travel time, and artificial respiration/ CPR with oxygen.

Graduates receive a certification from Red CROSS as an oxygen provider.
