Commercial SCUBA Diver
This course will give the graduate certification to the CSA standards for an Unrestricted Occupational Scuba Diver. This certification
allows the diver to conduct commercial diving operations using scuba equipment to a maximum depth of 40 meters (130 feet).
The scope of operations allowed under this level are aquaculture diving, seafood harvesting, engineering and environmental inspections, archaeological investigation, public safety diving, search and recovery, police operations, small vessel maintenance and underwater film/video production.

Key Course Information:
|
- Complete a WCB Divers Medical and be certified as "Fit for Diving" by a WCB recognized Physician (or other Divers medical equivalent to CSA/WCB Standards)
- Have certification as a basic recreational diver through a recognized agency and have 20 logged dives within the last 12 months.
- Have certification in First Aid to WCB Occupational Level 1 or equivalent.
- Have certification in Basic WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Identification Systems)
- Have certification in Oxygen Therapy
DiveSafe Intl. will help you acquire these courses during the commercial Scuba program or you can get these courses before the program begins.

After a long day of diving on Thursday - about 50 dolphins swam in the boats wake on the return trip to the marina.
